性能特點
本機是一種新型節能節電環保產品。傳統EVA邊角料回收通常使用破碎機(22kw)。再經煉膠機 (55kw)混煉成片，時效100kg左右(工人3-4人），經高溫擠壓，易造成死料，回收率大大減少。而本機採用高速、水冷集一體磨輪，主電機37kw，時效100kg左右(看材料而定)工人1人操作，磨出的粉末細而有彈性。如用傳統加工，廢料添加12kg，而本機生產的廢料至少可加到15kg。從而大大節約了電力、人員，提高回收價值，為企業帶來了更高的利潤空間。傳統式EVA邊角料回收是經過煉膠機高溫、高壓，回收料易造成死料，失去原有的材質。而水冷式磨粉機工作溫度60℃左右，磨出來的粉末細又有彈性。比傳統的做法生產出來的板材可增厚3mm左右。用水冷式磨粉機可為鞋材發泡廠，每天、每台創造2000元以上的利潤。
