性能特点
本机是一种新型节能节电环保产品。传统EVA边角料回收通常使用破碎机(22kw)。再经炼胶机 (55kw)混炼成片，时效100kg左右(工人3-4人），经高温挤压，易造成死料，回收率大大减少。而本机采用高速、水冷集一体磨轮，主电机37kw，时效100kg左右(看材料而定)工人1人操作，磨出的粉末细而有弹性。如用传统加工，废料添加12kg，而本机生产的废料至少可加到15kg。从而大大节约了电力、人员，提高回收价值，为企业带来了更高的利润空间。传统式EVA边角料回收是经过炼胶机高温、高压，回收料易造成死料，失去原有的材质。而水冷式磨粉机工作温度60℃左右，磨出来的粉末细又有弹性。比传统的做法生产出来的板材可增厚3mm左右。用水冷式磨粉机可为鞋材发泡厂，每天、每台创造2000元以上的利润。
